We believe our first responsibility is to satisfy our customers’ needs with high quality products at reasonable prices. We must constantly strive to reduce the production cost of these products. Our orders must be promptly and accurately filled. Our distributors and retailers must make a fair profit. We strive to have ever more congruence between our words and deeds, and to deliver genuine value to our customers.

Our second responsibility is to those who work with us. They must have a sense of security in their jobs. Wages and benefits must be fair, management just and the working environment safe, clean and orderly. Supervisors must be qualified persons of common sense and full understanding. There must be an opportunity for advancement for those qualified and each individual must be respected and rewarded on the basis of his/her personal achievement and contribution.

Our third responsibility is to our community. We must be good citizens – support good works and charity. We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use. We must participate in the promotion of civic improvement, health, education and good government and acquaint the community with our activities.

Our final responsibility is to the enterprise at large. We must strive for the best possible economic results from the resources available to us. Reserves must be created. Adverse times provided for. We must experiment with new ideas and new products must be developed and launched.

If we have done this, a reasonable profit will be made and the business enterprise will be sustained.
